Rachel G. Hackenberg is an author, speaker, and ordained minister. Rachel’s popular book, Writing to God, combines her poetic and pastoral voices to invite readers into the creative spiritual discipline of prayer-writing. Her second book, Writing to God: Kids’ Edition, offers tangible age-appropriate ideas to empower children to pray in everyday language about everyday life.

Rachel facilitates workshops on prayer and worship, and speaks to concerns of clergy & congregational vitality. She is often a guest preacher for special events; most recently, Rachel was the program leader for the RevGalBlogPals’ Big Event 6.0.
